►Procured and managed $500K of inventory for project
►Estimated 600 manhours for project
►Completed project ahead of schedule
Outcomes:
►3 locomotives rehabbed over two year contract
►Rehabilitated and re-sale of locomotives for over $1M
►On-going contract for future locomotives
