►43 General Electric (GE) Locomotives
►17 Electromotive Diesel (EMD) Locomotives
►Maintenance of locomotives on other rail lines using mobile maintenance fleet
►Procured and managed over $450K of inventory for one year project
►2,400 manhours Completed project ahead of schedule
Outcomes:
►50 locomotives rehabbed in one year project
►Estimated $13M of assets re-furbished
►On-going contract for future locomotives
